I am thrilled to share some exhilarating news: I have been honored with the prestigious title of Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Fellow! This recognition places me among an elite group of 300 educators worldwide, and I am proud to be the sole MIE Fellow representing Finland.
Reflecting on this journey, I am astounded by the global acknowledgment of our efforts at POKE. Our dedication to advancing digital learning has not only garnered international attention but also attracted educators from around the world to Äänekoski to observe our innovative practices.
This fellowship opens doors to unparalleled opportunities. I am particularly excited about engaging with global networks and participating in events like the BETT conference in London, the world's largest educational technology gathering. These platforms will allow me to exchange ideas with fellow educators and bring fresh perspectives back to our community.
